Mesmerized by whispers of the waves
reciting a salty-sweet poem
each line similar, yet unique
full of soothing, and yearning, and exquisite grace.
Sinking sun sets grove of trees aflame,
sending sparks dancing skyward,
to become stars burning steady and resilient.
