Looking through my macro lens at a dying tulip petal,
I discovered the Divine Designer had embellished it with silken stitches,
reminding me of Matthew 6:28-30 “even Solomon in all his splendor
was not clothed as one of these”

This tulip reminds me of a candle’s flame –
alight in all its glory for a moment before it fades away.
